Sushi sauces

Sushi is probably one of the most delicious dishes there is in the world (I mean hey, who doesn’t love sushi?), it’s good with absolutely everything and anything, even plain, but our personal favourite part of it is obviously the sauce:) So here today are the 3 best sauces you can use for your sushi!

~Soy sauce:

Soy sauce comes from Chinese origin traditionally made from fermented soybean paste, roasted grains, brine, and the mold Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae. It has a strong umami flavor. This sauce is absolutely delicious on every type of sushi and we highly recommended it!

~Tamari:

Tamari is a wider class of soy sauces, and is made with no (or very little) wheat, while traditional soy sauce does contain wheat. Although it is a bit hard to tell the difference between it and soy sauce, there is a good few differences about them:)

~And last but not least, Fish sauce:

The fish sauce tastes fishy and salty, a bit funny but in a good way. It is often used with lemon juice and other ingredients to help balance flavor and smell, nonetheless, it is absolutely delicious on everything, especially sushi! :)
